Return & Exchange Policy

Return period: within 2 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exchange period: within 4 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

In case there is no error from our side (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent):
The customer will bear the shipping costs for return or exchange.

In case of an error on our side (wrong item or manufacturing defect):
The company will cover the full shipping costs.

All returned items will be inspected before approving a return or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Processing time after receiving the returned item may take 2 to 5 business days.

Items that have been used, altered, or have had their original tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.
